| 1.
What are the differences between the two packs?
Both packs offer the same training tools. The difference is in the construction
of the packs, themselves! The LF06315U (ATS100) is a premium nylon carrying case
insulated with foam throughout to better protect your training equipment,
including the AED trainer. The five zippered pockets provide ample storage
for all your training materials. The LF06110U (GRBNGO) is a durable nylon carrying
case, however, it does not offer the additional features listed above.
2.
Why is the AED Trainer not included with the product?
This product was designed to be merchandised with the AED trainers that
our distributors carry and to be sold to end users who already own an
AED trainer.
For all other
questions regarding the training tools included in this pack, please refer
to the FAQ's in each of our product sections.
Electrolast™
AED Trainer Electrode Peel-Off Pads
1.
How is it that I can save money using the Electrolast Pads?
These pads were designed for you to attach the original more expensive
AED electrode set to the top of our unique Electrolast Pads and use and
reuse them, up to 20 times. Once the Electrolast adhesive wears out, simply
replace the Electrolast Pads, instead of replacing the your more expensive
AED electrode set.
2.
How will I save valuable time with the Electrolast Pads?
Some electrode sets leave excessive residue that is difficult and time
consuming to remove. The Electrolast Pads were designed with the trainer
in mind! There should be minimum residue left behind, if any at all!
3. Why are there different models for each AED trainer
brand?
To ensure proper fit between the different manufacturer’s electrode
sets and to provide the proper amount of adhesive, no more than necessary
between the pad and the manikin being used. Some AED manufacturers use
an aggressive adhesive that may cause damage to the manikin, especially
if it is a foam-based manikin.
CPR Prompt Lung Bags (Regular
and Face-Shield Lung Bags)
1.
Why are there two different types of lung bags/airways?
Most of our customers prefer our unique face-shield lung bags for several
reasons:
- It eliminates
the need and cost of a separate barrier device.
- Minimizes clean
up.
- It also features
a unique adhesive strip the hold the face-shield in place.
Some customers prefer
to use our original regular lung bags to serve as the airway and provide
their students with their own separate barrier device.
2.
I have the newer style CPR Prompt manikins that can only be used with
CPR Prompt’s face-shield lung bags. How can I use the regular lung
bags?
You need to purchase a lung bag adapter for each manikin from your distributor.
For more information on how the lung bag adaptor works, please refer to
their instructions in the Training manikin
Section.
